USA Convention Season 2010

3 Weeks - 3 Conventions & 2 Open Houses

This January we presented our brand new BIG Booth, highlighting the fact that we have The Best Kudu Hunting in the World!

Thank you to our old and new friends that stopped by our booth at this year's Dallas, Houston and Reno SCI Conventions. We appreciate you taking time out to visit with us! We noticed a welcome optimism amongst the show goers this year.

Dallas Safari Club Show was our first stop from 7-10 January, as usual the Texans were eager to attend the biggest safari show in their State. The convention centre is an impressive venue and we look forward to returning next year. Congratulations to Laura & Jeptha Barbour for buying our silent auction donation, we know you will have a great time with our family this September.

Thanks to Karl & Becky Evans for all your help and for old clients whom stopped by, Ben & Paula Le Force, Bardy, Jan & Jill Helwig, Randall & Denise Roberts, Dave Stone, Doug & Debby Gentry, Mark & Diane Simpson, Dale Wleczyk, Pemble & Peggy Davis, Dr. John Meyer, Dennis & Jeanette Henry, Pedro Gorozpe etc. Sorry, if we omitted anyone.

Eardley & Zani flew up to Salt Lake City to visit the folk at Dave's Worldwide Taxidermy, Debbie & Val Nicholls and Dave Butts. On the 12th of January a good crowd came to see us and learn more about our family owned operation. We also fitted in a day of skiing and snowboarding in at Snow Basin above Ogden, admittedly skiing is a sensation most Africans aren't familiar with but we had loads of fun none the less.

Francois & Cris flew to Atlanta to visit Andy Nimmons at his taxidermy on the same day. Likewise he had a good group to catch up with Francois and we look forward to Andy's group hunt in August.

Houston Safari Club Show was our second show, smaller in size but not in nature, thank you to all our old clients for visiting, Raphael & Kelly Sagrera, Dave Fuqua & Matt Bettersworth from Hill Country Rifles, Bob Wallace, Ralph Fatheree, Chris & Aleta Parrick, John Wood etc.

Reno SCI Convention was our last stop and busy we were at the biggest hunting show in the world. Thank you to all our new clients and old clients for booking, we are looking forward to hosting you this season or next. Thanks to Luke @ Heartland Wildlife Ranches from Missouri for effortlessly dragging our booth across the US for us. Too many names to mention, but thank you for coming to pay us a visit, you all have a home in Africa, come and visit when you can!

We are getting ready for our first clients of the year arriving on Wednesday, 3 February. The Northern Hemisphere is proving too cold and that's good for us as some Swedish clients would prefer to hunt in 120F weather!

Francois is visiting with his Mexican family in-laws and he will be hosting an open house in Mexico City in a few days time.

In 11 months time we'll be packing our bags again to visit the USA & we're excited!
